Students studying in engineering institutions face a number of psychological problems and these problems arise out of their personal, familial, social and vocational domains. Offering Psychological guidance and counselling at critical time is the urgent need of the present scenario and this will help the students to fulfill
their academic as well as the personal objectives. Therefore, Coimbatore Psychology Foundation has designed One day workshop exclusively for engineering college teachers to enable them to offer psychological guidance and counselling for students. Attending this workshop will enable the teachers to know the basic process and techniques of student counselling though they have not studied Psychology and set up a counselling centre in their institutions.

The foundation request to depute Minimum of Four and Maximum Number of teachers from each college as participants.
